Glencairn Leather produces unique hand-crafted leather items to meet the customer’s specifications. If you can’t find that special leather item you’re looking for, please feel free to call or e-mail to discuss your requirements.
After carefully discussing your needs with you, I take great care in choosing the correct leather, buckles, thread and fittings to meet your wishes before designing and making your unique leather item.
I source materials from the UK to ensure your article will be of a distinctive high quality and give you long and reliable services.
Each item is individually designed and made by hand at each stage; only a few simple, hand tools are used.
In addition, I offer short residential or non-residential leatherwork courses for those who wish to learn the skills to produce their own distinctive and unique items. These are run in my workshop in one of the most scenic and beautiful parts of the Highlands of Scotland.
